Dropbox synchronisation

Running Joplin 2.3.5 (prod, win32) on W10

Sync Version: 3
Profile Version: 39
Keychain Supported: Yes

Revision: 819af3c

Running Windows 10, also a Chromebook and on Android on mobile - ie three installations

Cannot sync with drop box on any of my devices
get error message as below
Can some tell me what I am doing wrong. Followed all the instructions and entered dropbox key in each app. Each app created a Joplin folder in drop box. Other folders in dropbox sync normally
