In App Store there is only iOS and iPadOS versions. I use corporate MacBook so I can't install Joplin from file. Can you add desktop version in App Store?
The process to get the app there is difficult and needs to be repeated on each release, so probably not. Maybe for a fee, but even then I'm not certain it would be worth it.
