What issue do you have?

I have been putting JPG files into the import/Hotfolder folder on my desktop. They seemingly get imported, but when I go to the note, it's a file link - GoNetSpeed office bill payment receipt 11.10.2024.jpg - but clicking on it leads to an error (see screenshot below). I tried saving it to the desktop to open from there, but the saved file is 0 bytes and gives the same error message.
