Colspan for Android-App?

Dear all,
I am using the colspan-feature (is that what it's called in Joplin when the content of one cell of a table spans serveral columns?) in my tables and have always found it makes table headers a great deal more readable. Is there a way I can get the android app to support this feature when displaying the table? I can only get it to work in the desktop version; am I missing something here or is this on purpose?
Cheers,
kai.

That feature is part of the multimarkdown table extension. You can enable it by opening the sidebar, going to configuration and scrolling down to the "markdown" section. It's the last option in that section.

Let me know if that didn't make sense!

That made perfect sense; and worked; thank you very much.

(Incidentally, even though my settings say I ought to receive a mail for every response, this ist not the case; I stumbled across your reply just now by accident. And a password-reset mail has not reached me either for about 5 hours now. Who could I contact to adress this?)

I can take a look, but I'm no expert.
