is it possible to import a page form a url in an already clipped joplin page?

I don't think so directly. However, it is possible to import a new note and then combine the two notes with the "combine notes" plugin

With the "convert text to new note" plugin, you can write some text on the current note, select it and create a new note from the selected text. A link to the new card will be inserted instead of the text and a new card will be created. You can set up the plugin to suggest title of the new card.
