What issue do you have?

Sync stopped working recently on my windows PC. Pretty sure it's now blocked by my company. My android version syncs just fine. I don't see anything useful in the sync status. When I try to check for updates I get:
Request to https://.../r/releases failed, reason: unable to get local issuer certificate.

Is there not a browser based version of Joplin?
