Can't renew subscription after trial expired. Account Disabled

Edit: I didn’t realize that Joplin was a one man show. Sorry for all the emails @laurent. Now I feel silly.

What issue do you have?

I used the free trial. At the end of my trial I forgot to renew the subscription before it expired. Now when I log in I get a notification saying my account is suspended due to my cancelled subscription. I can't get to the "Manage Subscription" page or my "Profile" page as the account is disabled.
My first inquiry to Joplin support, before I even had an account, received a quick reply about the Education pricing. Like within hours. Now that I'm trying to resubscribe, I've sent emails from multiple places and have received no reply over the course of a couple days.
I've followed the suggested help from the website but all leads to a place where my account is disabled.
Can anyone offer any guidance besides GitHub? that whole website is so far over my head I can't figure out how to even find Joplin, let alone ask a question.
