Unable to delete cloud account

What issue do you have?

My JoplinCloud subscription was terminated after I closed the credit card I was using.

Your account is disabled for the following reason(s):
Subscription cancelled on 20 May 25 02:10:03 (UTC)
Please check the help section for further information or contact support.

However Stripe is continuing to attempt charging that credit card and I have no way to request a deletion of the account now. Please advise.
