What issue do you have?

Starting from around 3 days ago, IOS client cannot sync any note.

It just says Network request failed, which is hard to debug.

Was it working before? And was something changed to the app, network or phone recently? Do you have a proxy on your network?

Also where do you sync from? Is it from China? Because maybe the gfw blocks Joplin Cloud now?

Joplin is not blocked yet in China. Most notes were already synced successfully, but there are less than 100 notes which are not syncing to my iPhone.

This appears to be happening with my Andriod device also. Any good ideas on how to fix it. With the computer i can sycn. phone it just spins

Rebooting the phone resolved the issue.
