Can you adjust "Advanced Backup Settings"?

What issue do you have?

I am brand new to this software. But I cant seem to figure out how to adjust this setting correctly to display as MM-DD-YYYY
I added a image to show how the backups show which i dont want it that way. Which is why i want it month then day then year if possible?

From looking at the page the Backup set name section refers you to it looks like it should be {MM-DD-YYYY} or something like {MM-DD-YYYY-HHmm} if you need the time included as well.
