Can the displayed text of a link to another Note be made to be dynamically displayed? So that an old link with an incorrect label be displayed with the current title of the referenced note?

I would love this as a plugin – a shortcut to "re-fetch linked note names" on a specific note or a toggle to "automatically keep note names in sync" (I have a feeling the later might make things slow).
