I'm using Joplin 1.4.18 and saw a small GUI "issue", please refer to the picture.
In older version version the diaolog was shown correctly.
I'm using the German version of Joplin, the dialog is shown in English.

I think it displays correctly if you make the window larger? But I agree it doesn't look very good.
@laurent the size of the windows (under Win 10 Pro 64bit) has no influence. The pictures were made when the window was fill sized.
@laurent The dialog looks still the same (Joplin 1.6.8). The texts are in English and the week starts with Sunday (instead of Monday, as in older versions)
