Broken 1.0.196 Windows update?

I installed Windows Joplin-Setup-1.0.195 and all went well. After launching I was shown that Joplin-Setup-1.0.196 was available. After installing Joplin no longer launches. I use a profile if that matters.

Same goes for Mac. 196 just produces a white blank window

Please go back to v195, as v196 is broken (I’ve unreleased it)
