[Beta Test] Joplin 2.4.5 unable to activate end to end encryption

Joplin 2.4.5 portable
Windows 10 Pro 21H1 (VM)
File system sync

When trying to enable encryption the "Enable Encryption" button does not activate. "Hand" cursor appears, button cannot be pressed, nothing happens.

No log entries.

Before I think about adding this to GitHub, if anyone else could confirm this in case it is just a problem with my VM. Never happened before though.

Yes I've just fixed that actually, the fix will be in the next pre-release.
