Best way to learn Joplin? E.g. Shift-Enter

Joplin 2.8.8 Windows 10; also use Joplin 2.8.1 on Android 11

I'm a less sophisticated use than perhaps many of you are.

I recently edited a note using Joplin 2.8.1 on Android (I rarely edit on the Android app). I noticed that the edited parts of the note were single-spaced, which I liked. They remain single-spaced when fetched and displayed by the Joplin Windows app.

This led me to search the FAQ and forum about spacing, which turned up mentions of Shift-Enter as a way to single space in Joplin. Which is cool, but only showed up because people were asking about even easier ways to single space. My guess is that other users may know to do this from background knowledge that is not Joplin-specific.

So, I don't know if I'm missing out on other good features, workarounds, etc. that I can use in Joplin. I read through the keyboard shortcuts in the settings and may use some of that. Otherwise, my question is: any recommendations on the best way to reference or learn things for use in Joplin?

Thanks!
