2 systems, "good" one running Windows10 Pro, "bad" one running Windows 10 Home
both have the same settings and options selected, syncing to WebDav server (pCloud)

"bad" system for some reason, not all of the resources are shown. (see screenshot - good vs bad)

here is also sync status good vs bad. note the differences in the downloaded and decrypted (no, I am not using encryption btw.)
