Android sync issue: trying to upload resource but only metadata is present

What issue do you have?

I have a huge list (>100) of sync issues, where the resources cannot be found. Message is "trying to upload resource but only metadata is present".

I have not changed my sync target from Joplin cloud, or changed encryption settings or anything significant. This just started happening this morning.

I would ideally like to fix this without doing a full wipe and sync, since it currently takes about 1-2 days for an initial sync

Update: I hit the retry button several times yesterday with no success. However, for some reason 24 hours later the error has disappeared! All good now.
