What issue do you have?
Is it possible to create a shortcut on the Home Screen to a specific note?
When you want a specific note to always be one click away,
on desktop you can use the note tabs plugin and pin that note tab,
on mobile I can think of a workaround but it only works if you are in "all notes" or the same notebook as your target note. Convert the note to a todo, and by default it will always be sorted at the very top.
