Anchor links in layout view

Reporting a bug concerning anchor links. It seems that in layout view, the anchor link will only work once.
However when you create two anchor links, they keep working when you click between them.
But curiously, the anchor link won’t work for a second time, when clicking on the same anchor link.

Joplin v. 1.0.216
Win 10 OS

How does it work when you have punctuation in the header like '## What is a potato? (brackets)'

It would be good if someone could update https://joplinapp.org/markdown/ so it has information that @Dave gave about how to do an in-page link
