What issue do you have?
One can create a note by clipping some content on a web-page using Joplin Web Clipper 2.11.2 in Firefox 123.0.1 on Windows 10 x64.
One can then open a newly created note by clicking a button in Joplin Web Clipper that would open the note in Joplin 2.14.19.
Unfortunately, “Always allow this extension to open joplin links” checkbox for Joplin Web Clipper does not survive Firefox restart.
That is, after Firefox restart, “Always allow this extension to open joplin links” would be reset, one would have to enable it again upon first usage.
Is it possible to remember this setting between Firefox restarts?
