Alarm not triggering

What issue do you have?

I set alarm in a todo item but the alarm doesn't trigger. I do not see a notification on my phone app when the alarm time arrives. I'm using an unmodified Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold phone. Does anybody know why I'm not seeing alarm notifications?
