Adding additional keyboard shortcuts (for commands already in pallete)

Hi all,

Is there any way (editing a config file etc.?) to add additional shortcuts beyond those offered in the GUI? In particular there are things in the command palette that I would love to map to a keyboard shortcut - for example the toggleEditors command.

I would love to see all commands acessible from the palette also available to assign shortcuts to...

Hopefully I haven't missed this somewhere?
