Add support for quoting

Hi,
I searched the forum and the github pages for any information about this but it seems to me that support for quoting is missing.

My use case is that I often paste some lines of text from somewhere and I want to quote it with > in front of the line. What I would like to be able to to is highlight a bunch of text and press some shortcut to quote all of it (sometimes it is just one line and sometimes it is several lines that need a > in front of them.

Maybe I am missing how to do this but could not find anything in the GUI or shortcut list.

I am using this version of Joplin:

Joplin 2.8.8 (prod, win32)

Client ID: 84e64c54ecf943f68a57f69e237525e7
Sync Version: 3
Profile Version: 41
Keychain Supported: Yes

Revision: c2a6a13

Possibly, I could maybe implement this myself and open a PR. But before doing something like that I just want to check whether I am missing something.

EDIT: I found that it there is a blockquote in the WYSIWYG editor but I think it should also exist in the markdown editor mode.
