Simple highlighter to highlight the selected text by wrapping == around the selected text. Able to dehighlight the highlighted text using same button / command.

Hi. Is there a way to create a shortcut for the highlighter? Thanks.
There is another plugin (Menu items, Shortcuts, Toolbar icons) that adds a toolbar icon to the Markdown editor for highlight (mark) as well as other actions. I only mention it as I know that it also provides keyboard shortcuts (as well as entries in the Joplin EDIT menu). The link above is to the plugin README.md.
