What issue do you have?

There is Tools > Note attachments functionality that allows you to see all of the attachments to notes and their corresponding IDs.

1. Can we add seach to this view? Please?
2. Is there a similar view for the notes themselves? If so, I can't seem to find it. If not, can we add this as an RFE?

There's no similar built-in view for notes (that I'm aware of). However, the debug info plugin should allow inspecting similar information.
