In which (European) alternatives to Google Play Store will Joplin be made available? My question was triggered by this German article: "Keep Android Open": Widerstand gegen Googles Pläne | BR24
Also available on F-Droid, which is based in Germany (but I don’t think those releases are managed by the Joplin devs directly)
Or you can download the apks directly from GitHub and sideload them to your phone. Those use the same apk signatures as the ones from the Play store. If you switch to the F-Droid version, you will need to uninstall and re-install Joplin (and therefore sync all your data again), because they use a different signature

I'm just starting to gather some information in case I want to get a GrapheneOS or /e/OS smartphone at some point.
Actually it’s not so clear where F-Droid is ‘based’, the Google AI summary may have hallucinated.

Also remember that the fdroid version doesn't have all the features, most notably the camera feature is disabled
