1.1.4 Wont Launch - Linux, Debian Testing

Installed Joplin, tried to launch it and nothing happens. I then grabbed another laptop, did a fresh install of the OS and Joplin, same behavior. Been using Joplin for about 2 years or so and I'm pretty familiar with it. Great program! Any help will be appreciated.

Joplin Version: 1.1.4
Upgrade from: This is a fresh install, both OS and Joplin
Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux bullseye/sid x86_64 (Debian Testing)
Kernel: 5.7.0-2-amd64
Desktop: Gnome 3.36.4
Tested under both Wayland and X11
Could not create log file by following directions at https://joplinapp.org/debugging. The directory doesn't exist. I created the directory and the file anyway, but the application doesn't start.

Steps to reproduce:
Install Debian Testing
Execute the following to install:
wget -O - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/laurent22/joplin/master/Joplin_install_and_update.sh | bash
Lunch application from Gnome desktop.

Result:
Nothing.

This is probably the same as this issue you can read through that forum thread for context and a possible solution.

Yep, that did the trick. Thank you VERY much. Thanks for taking the time to link the issue.
