+1 on the fuzzysearch = 0. Portable version of 1.1.4 is still very slow on Win10, but it's at least usable now. Searches were taking minutes, notes were taking minutes to open, and there was another strange bug where the cursor kept jumping to the search field in edit mode, even after clearing the search box.
