With android app, can not zoom in/out when taking a picture with camera

What issue do you have?

Using Joplin Mobile on Androis, and when I want to add a picture with camera to my notes, I can not zoom in so the picture is too far away.

Have you try with another camera ?
Have you try to take the photo with another app (e.g. whatsapp) in order to see what happen ?
Have you try with another version of Joplin ?
There's something similar with the last version of Whatsapp for example. You can take a photo (with zoom) but after the image is in a post, it's impossible to zoom in.

Same issue here. Camera works in all other apps, but no zoom function in Joplin (Android, v3.2.7).
In addition, can't seem to turn off sound of camera, so very tricky to use during a conference.

It's fixed with the new version of Whatsapp.

On many mobiles to turn of the sound of the camera you need to mute the ringtone.

Thanks for the tip! Still sound, Unfortunately. I have to mute all sounds entirely for it to work.
