Donations via PayPal are not available in Japan or India.

I have researched and found that you cannot donate using PayPal in many regions, not only Japan and India, but also China, Ecuador, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Venezuela, and Vietnam. This is a big problem.
