Let's imagine someone has been playing with my notes and I'm not sure to what extent the notes have undergone modifications.
So I'd like to completely restore a recent backup, without duplicating the notes.
I'm not sure which is the correct way to get this, should I delete all the notes first or what?
any help would be appreciated.
