I cannot locate it. Does not appear in my list of notebooks. Sorry to be dense...
It should show up below all your notebooks. If i does not show then perhaps something is wrong with your instance of Joplin.
Perhaps it needs a deleted note to show the first time, create a simple note, then delete it, then see if the trash shows up.
The trash folder is available from Joplin 3.0.2 onwards:

Not there for me. Are you on v 3.0? Or seeing it in 2.14? (Per other reply?)
Yes, I am on 3. I forgot that was an added feature to that version.

Huh... Is V. 3 not available on Mac OS yet?
The most recent v3.x came out about 3 weeks ago but the v3.x series are currently pre-releases (sort of like a release candidate / late beta). V3.x is not due to be marked as a full release until the first week of July.
