How to delete notebooks, also move notebook to root dir?

What issue do you have?

How to delete notebooks from trash?!

Also how can I move a notebook to have no parent

Right-click "Trash", then "Empty trash"

Drag and drop the sub-notebook onto the label NOTEBOOKS at the top.
