I am a Chinese user. For the networking reason, I have to use a web proxy, which is faster and more convenient than VPN.
I will be grateful if Joplin web clipper implements proxy support.

The webclipper service is running on the loopback interface (127.0.0.1), so except if you wish to redirect the webclipper port outside of your computer. Then this can be done without changing anything to joplin. A SSH tunneling does that for example

The issue I have is that web clipper is not downloading the web page which must be accessed through a proxy. Is there anyway to force web clipper to use a proxy to download?
My current workaround is to download the webpage completely to my computer and clip the downloaded page.
