There have been some discussions back in 2019 about the integration of userstyle.css in the mobile app.
Is this something that's still relevant ? Or has the idea been abandoned ?

Me too. I would welcome this on both Android and iPadOS.
Also adding my support for this idea, it would be really nice to be able to adjust some aspects of the mobile markdown renderer (the spacing on list items being my current bugbear)
It's also worth rediscussing since the state of Joplin's code and features available are no doubt very different to 2019.
