Im getting an error that the the profile is out of date.
I have downloaded the new version of joplin and installed it but i get the same error.
joplin version: 1.0.227
profile version: 32
expected version: 30
This is on windows 10.

It looks like that at some point you have had a version later than 1.0.227 on your system. Try with the latest release (1.0.233) available from the GitHub Joplin releases page. The main Joplin site often has a bit of lag before the download links get updated to the most current version.
Thanks that seemed to fix it. Not sure when i ever installed the newer version or why it wouldn’t use that one if it was there but the re-install helped thanks.
