Unexpected MacOS editing modifiers

Hey, I'm using the following version on MacOS

Joplin for Desktop

Joplin 1.5.11 (prod, darwin)

Sync Version: 2
Profile Version: 34
Keychain Supported: Yes

Revision: c158878 (master)

Using the builtin markdown (not wysiwyg) editor, Option+ArrowKeys does nothing while Command+ArrowKeys moves word by word.
This vaguely matches a PC configuration (assuming a naive transformation from Control to Command), but this doesn't match the native text editing experience.

When editing text in MacOS Option+ArrowKeys usually move the cursor to the next/previous word, and Command+ArrowKeys go to the start/end of the line.

Is it possible to somehow change these key bindings?
