Unable to create notes through Joplin Cloud's ''Email to note" functionality

What issue do you have?

Hi, I have sent messages to the 'Email to note' address given in my Joplin Cloud account from several different email clients, but have not received any of the forwarded emails as notes in Joplin. I have synced several times. I created an “Inbox"‘ notebook because I thought that this might be necessary, but that didn’t help. Any clues as to what might be preventing this functionality? Thanks.
