Turn off recording geo location default option

If geo location is activated by default it doesn’t respect user privacy.
No consent or info is displayed to the user and no consent given to contact third parties for geolocation support. Plus these services have their own privacy policy, no mention anywhere in Joplin.

Please consider turning it off by default.

Privacy and Joplin

Privacy is an important feature of Joplin, and this is clear because all non-private features that access the internet can be disabled in settings. For example, auto-updating and geo-location retrieval for note properties. Ideally I would prefer that all non-private features are disabled by default, or only enabled after prompting the user for permission/approval during installation or first start up.
