Currently, clicking the tray icon, with left click and right click, opens a context menu with "Open Joplin" and "Quit" options.
Instead, please 1. make left-clicking the tray icon open Joplin (the expected and desired behavior, present in most apps), and 2. place "Quit" in the right-click context menu, and add "Minimize" and "Maximize" to it.
