If you close the app and try again I guess it could work. Timeout is just a temporary error, due to Dropbox or your internet connection.

I tried it already and then only raised the ticket. When I close and open again, it is showing the following notification. The above reported issue showed up after 30 mins when I clicked Restart and Upgrade
