Terminal version won't open, throwing error about SQL

I am trying to use the terminal app of joplin. I cannot see my version number as when I do anything with it, it throws this error:

I am using Ubuntu 18.04 WSL on Windows 10.
When I run joplin --log-level debug to include the log, it throws the same error mentioned above.

Any help is greatly appreciated! I love the app and what you are doing!
