Tag assignment to multiple notes at once

Kindly add a feature to assign a single tag to multiple notes by selecting them atonce.

@laurent, since Iā€™m working on the Notebook Properties assignment, once I get the core functionality done and working like it needs to, I have an idea of how this could be implemented as part of that. Would you be opposed to me adding something like this, within reason?
