What issue do you have?
I installed Joplin mobile via Aurora store on e/os 3.7.3 (de-googled open Source Android version 15) on my Fairphone6 phone.
I was able to create a notebook and note on my phone and upload it via webdav to my storage server. Then I was able to sync this notebook and note to my laptop with Joplin desktop 3.5.12 (prod linux). But my problem is that can not synchronize all notebooks I create with Joplin desktop and is stored via webdav on my storage in the cloud. Is there an other way to get the notes from my desktop Joplin to my phone?
The problem is the synchronization is just partial. Today a I created to notes with my Joplin desktop version on my laptop, via the thunderbird plugin in thunderbird. Those created notes where synchronized via webdav to my own cloud storage. When I synchronized my phone, I can also see the new notes on my phone. The problem is that I only can see these notes, and not all notes I can see on my Joplin desktop program. I can only see a subset of notes which are stored in the cloud vus webdav. I do not get errors when I try to synchronize Joplin on my phone. How can I solve this problem.
Do notes from the desktop app get synced to mobile if you create a new note normally, instead of using a plugin? Also, could you upload a log file from Joplin on your phone?
