What issue do you have?

Hello,
I've been using Joplin for a few days now am very impressed. I've decided to install it on my laptop as well as my desktop.

I selected File System synchronization and am using Google Drive as my destination (I'm using insync on linux to get my gdrive on my file system).

Once the notes sync 2 problems arise:

  1. One of my notes has an attachment of a screen shot in it and it does not appear on my laptop (my desktop was the original installation)
  2. I get an error message on the top of Joplin saying "Some items cannot be synchronised. View them now". When I view them it is 3 png files that I do not know where they come from or what they are. I tired deleting the screenshot but it does not help. I cannot sync those items and get rid of the annoying banner.

I've tried re-uploading the local data to the synch target but that does not help.

  1. How do I get rid of the error banner and sync those files?
  2. How do I get the screen shot to appear on my laptop as well?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks.
