I am unable to sync my notes. I receive this error.

On OneDrive, within the Apps folder, is there more than one folder with the name starting with 'Joplin' or 'Graph', or it contains both?

The error stack suggests you may have recently installed or upgraded Joplin on Windows. I highly recommend you create a jex backup now, because there is a known issue with OneDrive which can cause data loss if the Joplin folder becomes split into multiple folders on OneDrive. There is a protection added to the failsafe mechanism in Joplin 3.3.x which adds protection of data loss for this issue
