Rich text as in word option?

Hello,

I am new to joplin, i am use to work with ms word/excell etc' office with all the bar/text options in it. at the moment i just use a word file and attache it to the note inside joplin to conpensate lack of text options... because i cant figuer out how to add a bar that will have all the same features (or most of them) that word office has...could anyone share if there is a relevant plugin? also this rich text option looks very limited with its options.. or maybee i am missing someting how to use it?

The rich text options will be somewhat limited because Joplin converts the note into Markdown which doesn't allow as much text customisation as something like word.

What features are you looking for that are missing?
