Joplin is a great app — I use it every day and really appreciate the simplicity and power it offers.
One thing that feels a bit unintuitive:
When I click on a notebook in the sidebar and use the search bar, I would expect the search to be limited to that notebook only. But right now, it still searches across all notebooks unless I manually type something like notebook:"Name".
It would be really helpful if selecting a notebook automatically scoped the search to it (or at least gave an option to do so). This would make search more natural, especially for users who don't know about advanced search syntax.
