I know it's a little bit early but I'm going AFK the next few days so I'm posting now to stay on schedule

- Added plugin API to make dialogs take full size.
- Progess in converting the UI into responsive design.
Problems
Having trouble getting CodeMirror to resize itself according to parent div. WIP though.
Next week
- Finish off the codemirror issue.
- Work on Conflict Notifications.
