Not entirely sure what you mean, but the purpose of Rocketbook is to be able to use a physical notebook and pen, takes notes with it, and then import these notes into Joplin. So it will be possible to search them, export them, etc. It's the convenience of physical notebooks without losing the archival capabilities of Joplin.
Rocketbook is just one brand of "intelligent notebooks" as they are called. Joplin will be compatible with these but also with any other intelligent notebook. You could also potentially print your own from freely available sheets. There's no vendor locking with Rocketbook.
